After test driving a Subaru right before I decided to go with the Honda. Joe and the other employees worked with us and gave me a good deal. I live in Massachusetts so they had to travel kind of far to register the car and on top of that they even are going to drop the car off to me and take my trade in so I don't have to travel all the way back to Torrington. They stayed in contact with me and made sure to tell me what was going on every step of the way. I would do business with them again. More

I showed up at the dealer I recently purchased a used Ford Ranger at Sullivan Honda. It is the first vehicle that I have bought from a car dealership. I showed up at the dealer to look at the truck and within minutes I was welcomed by some of the salesmen. They were both very nice! They let me take the truck on a couple of test drives and was able to give me all of the information they knew about the truck. When it came time to figuring out the financials, they worked hard to get best possible monthly payment for my financial situation. Signing all the papers took no time at all. And when I came to pick up the truck they had been detailed inside and out and they checked everything on the truck to make sure everything was ready to go. All around great experience at Sullivan Honda whether your buying a new or used car. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

The 2008 Camry Solara I was interested in was in the garage under lights all ready to be test driven by me!!! I had gotten into an accident with my previous Solara, which was beautiful, so I was very critical of looking at another one. They told me over the phone that this car was immaculate and they were right! It was a year newer, less mileage and better riding than my last one! We negotiated a price and worked together. There was no pressure at all. There were a few "glitches" on my end while trying to register the car. They were so incredibly patient along the way and went OUT OF THEIR WAY to accommodate me. I would no doubt go back to Sullivan Honda for my next car purchase. All the guys we dealt with were awesome! Chris, Mike and Tim! Thank you soooo much!
