I found Northwest Hills Chevrolet very easy and comfortable to work with. From the first time I stepped on the lot to look at what was available to speaking with Robert Kulinski, I never felt press comfortable to work with. From the first time I stepped on the lot to look at what was available to speaking with Robert Kulinski, I never felt pressured. Robert gave me the input I needed when I was trying to build the Truck I wanted. He had a vast knowledge of the vehicle and also understood what I was trying to obtain in the upgrade packages I was considering. I never felt that Robert was steering me in any direction just to build up the bottom line. After the sales agreement was finalized, Robert kept me informed as to the status and estimated delivery date. I never felt that I was forgotten after the contract was signed. I also found that any of the other staff members I dealt with, from the phone receptionist to the men who prepped the truck and the finance person treated me with respect and a friendly smile.
