They fixed the issues and oil changes were an hour, not 2 1/2! I now go here for that vehicle's service and just purchased a 2020 GMC From them. I bought my very first Chevy from Kevin when I was 18 and I am happy I have returned to the Sullivan dealership My rating is Excellent and I will give the full 5-star review because I am pleased with the service but there is ALWAYS room for improvement in Customer service because service speaks volumes.
