Pleasant experience The dealership was very helpful in every aspect of the trade-in to leasing a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. I had already worked with another dealership on figuring out my next vehicle, but they didn't offer enough for my trade-in to earn my business. When I contacted Summit, it was immediately suggested as a 1st step, prior to stepping foot in the dealership, that I go onto the Jeep website & build my vehicle. I did so & then there was also a link to "find my vehicle". It brought me 3 options & one was the exact color combo that I had chosen, along with the option packages that I had built. Once I got to the dealership, they laid out leasing options on that particular vehicle & made an initial trade in offer. The trade in offer was a bit low, according to Kelley Blue Book, but we were able to get to an acceptable number from there. The next day they got to work securing that vehicle from a dealership 60 miles away & had it @ their dealership the next day for delivery. Throughout the process, the communication was superb. They really are focused on customer service. Brock, is a superstar on the frontline & the rest of his team backed him up 100%. I was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction and I'm sure the service from here forward will be the same. More

Great customer service. Really went the extra mile. Was in the market for a new vehicle recently. Bought a new Chrysler Town and Country from Kraig a few years ago and was very helpful. He accommodated our every need in getting a different vehicle because my wife had been in a car accident at the time. So when it came time recently to purchase a new truck for work it was an easy decision to go back to Kraig. Kraig and I went over what I was looking for. Being my first new vehicle to drive I was very interested in the flame red 2500 ram. Kraig found me one. He let me use it over the weekend and early this week we finished the deal up. He was helpful in answering all the questions. I will continue to work with Kraig in the future when needing to update our vehicles both personally and for work. Unhappy Hands down the worst service I've ever had. Had oil changed which usually includes topping off fluids. Had a couple of check engine lights on and they are still on. I will never take my truck to them again for service. More

It being Sunday, we made an unplanned overnight stop in Fond Du Lac, WI and had the truck at the dealer 10 minute beore they were scheduled to open on Monday morning. They had to order the parts first, but they thought that this would be a fast process. They called me right away when the parts were in to schedule my visit. Again, everything went smoothe and friendly. Day of the service visit was fast and efficient. They gave me a quick shuttle ride to work and called me as soon as the work was finished. Came and picked me up on my schedule, which was immediately. Again, fast and efficient. Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly. Overall, a great service experience with this dealership. I will visit them again when I need service. More

Recall I was able to get an appointment within a few days after receiving my recall notice. But I was able to have my car recall items fixed very quickly. It took only 45 minutes. The waiting area for the service department was very comfortable. The cookies were yummy plus great morning coffee. Thank you to the service department for a great experience . You all are number one in my book!!! More
