Got a great truck but.. Bought a 13 Ram which is a nice truck but they only had one key fob for it when I bought it. Service Department I went in for an oil change, a tire rotation, and any other maintenance they can do that day. I was able to drive right in and they got started working on my vehicle. They found a few upgrades/recalls for my vehicle that they wouldn't be able to do right away, so they helped me schedule an appointment to get them taken care of. When they were done with my vehicle they showed and explained the inspection report to me. They also took it for a quick drive to make sure that everything felt and sounded right while on the road. I'm happy with the service department at this dealer. They are friendly and work to take care of my needs as quickly as possible. I would recommend this service department to my friends and family.
