Face to Face service sucks. I gicve 3 stars because the actual mechanical service and prompt time it was done was great. Maybe more time learning how to interact with people instead of your computer would improve your rating. What a shame that a nice clean shop that provided quick service will not be visited again due to poor service people behind the counter. More

Exellent Service We called the dealership on Friday asking about a vehicle to see if it was still there before we drove down from Appleton.
