Mike, We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review of your experience. We take feedback very seriously as it helps us improve our process for all our guests - not just our many out-of-state buyers. We did initially inform you that we do not accept out of state checks for vehicle purchases and upon your arrival, apologized that you made the trip without the other payment options available to you. Your feedback and remarks were not dismissed and were included in communication to our teams to ensure all our staff are on the same page for out of state payment options. Unfortunately, we were not able to come to an agreement with you on the final pricing of the vehicle, but we were grateful you considered us. In the future, we will ensure our policy on out of state checks is communicated clearly to any potential guests and other payment options listed to avoid any confusion. Thank you again for considering us and providing your feedback to improve our communications.
