Well where do I begin?? When I first arrived at Holiday I was greeted and my truck was brought right over to me. Then as we were working out details of the vehicle and my trade I was treated in a very well was greeted and my truck was brought right over to me. Then as we were working out details of the vehicle and my trade I was treated in a very well professional manner. I was offered soda, we went through carfax, even went as far as to call the previous owner on some questions/concerns I had with the truck. I arrived a few days later, greeted politely, and all the concerns I had with the vehicle (changing oil filter and alignment) were done. The truck had been brought out with a fresh car wash and full tank of fuel. They even went the extra mile to fix the fog lamps, do touch ups, and resurface rotors. Chris was also nice enough to remove my old plates and receiver from my old truck and put on the new one. After I had left that afternoon Chris had informed me that I had left my gym bag in the bed of my old truck and told me we would drive up by me to deliver it on his lunch break. If that doesn't scream quality service I don't know what else does. To top it all off today (two weeks after purchase...keeping in mind vehicle sold as is) I took my truck out and it said that the fuel filter was at 0% life I called Chris after talking to his manager he said "don't worry we'll take care of it!" WOW all I can say is I am impressed! OVERALL I AM A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE! I will be looking at this lot again for future purchases!
