Just purchased first used car (Cadilllac) from this dealer and was treated very well. One small issue after delivery and it was taken care of ASAP. Routine oil change and multipoint inspection - fast and efficient. All questions answered. I was surprised at the cost ($75 vs the $35 on my previous car) but Jace explained is was because of the synthetic efficient. All questions answered. Review is reduced to one star because the mask mandate wasn't being followed in this dealership. The lack of masking made me disappointed and uncomfortable. I almost walked out. My wife and I both are required to mask in our workplaces. Our kids are required to mask in school. Why isn't the mask mandate being followed by the employees of this dealership?
