This experience was best we have had so far when buying a vehicle. Tyler was very knowledgeable with the truck and answered all my question. He was very responsive and made sure we were happy. When we picked up the vehicle, Tyler was out of town, and Kraig took over and made the whole experience top notch. Very business professional and organized. Colin in finance did an excellent job explaining everything and gave us options that we were comfortable with. This made our whole buying experience with Summit a 10 out of 10! I will definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future. We live 4 hrs away so I relied on their website to get a better feel for the vehicle I was buying. The pictures and video sold my on this truck. Great job team! Thank you very much for a pleasurable experience and we are so very happy with our new vehicle purchase! More

Colin, the finance manager, was able to secure a loan at a rate better than I could get from the bank I have dealt with for 17 years. Summit even delivered the car to me in Chicago (go Bears)! Summit Automotive in Fond du Lac has always been excellent. We recently ordered and purchased 2 Ram 2500's. Tim Vande Zande worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. During the process Tim we excellent. We recently ordered and purchased 2 Ram 2500's. Tim Vande Zande worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. During the process Tim went out of his way to make sure that everything was right. Tim is really down to earth and not your typical vehicle salesman. He's not pushy and doesn't try to "sell" you something you don't need. This particular purchase was complicated and Tim worked his A$$ off to get things done. During the process we were assisted by Ryan Knueppel (General Manager) who managed to make an "unavailable option" available. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Thanks guys! More
