I asked Chris to find me my "dream" jeep Renegade and he did. The whole process was friendly and effecient. I loved being able to almost do the entire deal through text message. My only complaint is that I didn't know my brand new car didn't come with a donut tire in case I have a flat (I assumed it would be under the car like it was with my jeep Liberty which I traded in) - otherwise I would have investigated my options to rectify that with my purchase. Matt and Chris were very prompt on pricing and made sure we received the best deal. During the Covid 19 Pandemic they made sure to care for the safety of our child and our family. Matt the General Manager delivered our new vehicle to our house with paperwork in hand so we did not have to have any personal contact. The truck was sanitized and ready to drive.
