Their ability to start by tell ring you what the process is and then updating you as they made progress and then informed me of outstanding service actions... I asked for them to perform an olí change while they were at it too... they copied jimmy johns “freaky fast” servicing and obtw, cleared un the original reason for the stop... Meanwhile, I had the chance to tryou the Stigger 2.o turbo, awesome product...well back to Amanda, charm, intelligent, observant and completely professional and with due diligence all was performed well enough to realize it didn’t take all that long for the main issue, 3 service updates and an oil change... extremely impressed and would return in a heart beat... Overall great place This was my first experience purchasing a car from a dealership. I did plenty of shopping around online before deciding to check out this location, and I'm very glad I did. Everyone on the staff I met was very friendly and easy to work with. They gave me a better deal than I was expecting on my trade, and was willing to work to help me finance despite my less that stellar credit. In particular, the sales rep I dealt with the most, Costa Demopoulos, was easy to get along with, and very honest and straightforward. Not at all what I was expecting given the reputation a lot of car dealerships have. All in all, by no fault of the staff, The buying process took quite a bit longer than it should have, as I spent a bit of time wrestling with insurance companies. Costa was very patient and helpful throughout all of that. I came with a used car in mind to purchase, and was expecting to have to fight against the upsell to get the car I wanted, but Costa was more than happy to help me get what I needed within my budget. An over all great experience, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone, and advise they speak with Costa. More
