No accident or d dealership. The truth is our experience was not good. For this reason: 6/25/23 I purchased a 2017 VW Tiguan Wolfsburg edition SUV . No accident or damage reported. The salesmen Darren sent me a video and said the car was in mint condition for a 2017 he even sent a Uber driver to pick me up in Crystal River. Sounds great right? The moment I walked in the door the salesmen was very friendly. I told myself this is precisely what I need to do buy a less fancy car and something more affordable. No doubt I thought this would be an answer to my prayers. I bought the car that evening the salesmen gave me one key and told me only one key was turned in. There were a few minor dents and dings. He said the car had new brakes and tires and Sun Toyota changed the oil, cabin filter, and oil filter. On the drive home my tire pressure light came on. Almost home so I would have it checked in the morning. My battery key was low and needs to be replaced on the dashboard. BUYERS BEWARE I called the salesmen the store was closed for the evening he said the motor fan not turning off was normal and many VW cars and Audi cars have an electrical fan that keeps running for a while. The Sun Toyota Dealership was informed that I wanted to return the car or compensation for the next repairs which will follow. 6/29/23 Volkswagon dealership inspected the car adjusted tire pressure and gave us a multipoint inspection. They replaced the front and lower arm bushing. They replaced the front and lower arm bushing. They replaced brackets, bolts,and nuts for this job. 4 wheel aliment was done. Needed brake flush,Needed rear brakes,Needed UP TBELT COVER, Needed ENGINE LEAK repair,Needed SPARK PLUGS, and BRAKE LINE NEEDS TO BE BLEED. BUYERS BEWARE On 7/6/23 Low tire pressure was on again. ABS brake alert was on. Passenger Airbag failure was on. 7/6/23 Replaced REAR WHEEL SPEED SENSOR. Replaced REAR WHEEL SENSOR. Replaced Electric Fan motor. Replaced Coolant Fan motor. And realized I bought a big problem. SUN TOYOTA would not come to my rescue they told me I signed a paper that stated That I bought the car as is. To end this The overview of Sun Toyota is a failure to support their customers. BUYER BEWARE. And that leaves us with 1 motive to let others know the truth and how we were treated. Laura M More
