I rate my experience with Sun Toyota in Pasco County the highest rate possible. It was the best experience I ever had at Sun Toyota. The Salesgirl, Brittney Nelson was conscientious, knowledgeable and truly highest rate possible. It was the best experience I ever had at Sun Toyota. The Salesgirl, Brittney Nelson was conscientious, knowledgeable and truly helpful. She took the time to listen and worked hard to get the right car for me. She also worked with her manager JP to get me the best price. JP and Brittney magically worked the numbers so that I could get the car that I wanted but thought I couldn’t afford. I went in with a set price, what I could afford, and I got the best car that I wanted at an affordable payment plan. It wasn’t easy for them to get me what I wanted but with understanding, patience and amiability they took the time and eventually I agreed on the RAV4 Hybrid, which had more power and an excellent EPA fuel economy estimate of 40 mpg in combined driving. I also want to mention Noele, the person who helped with the contract and payments. He was diligent, knowledgeable and extremely patient. He worked as fast as he could to get all the papers signed in reasonable time. Going to buy or lease a car is truly a nightmare (for me anyway). But Brittney, JP and Noele made my experience a real pleasure and I would highly recommend all three when looking for a new vehicle at Sun Toyota.. More
