It's been over ten years since my wife and myself have purchased a new car. It's even more rare for me to write and post of review of any sort. However, the customer service we received from Sun Toyota a purchased a new car. It's even more rare for me to write and post of review of any sort. However, the customer service we received from Sun Toyota and more particularly working with Shawn Najid as been nothing short of absolutely outstanding. That fact has inspired me to write this review. We first rolled into Sun Toyota, on a hot Sunday evening 30 minutes before closing. We met Shawn asking if there was any new 2023 Camrys' on the lot. We could instantly tell that Shawn was a cut above the normal sales people we've ran across in the past. He warmth and genuine concern to make sure we were 110% happy with our car purchase was completely apparent. His knowledge of all the many features and honest insights were both appreciated and very valuable. To make a long story short we stayed 2 hours past closing and purchased the perfect 2023 Camry that day. Again, we knew Shawn had already worked a 10 hour day, however, he was truly glad to spend the extra time with us, not just for a commission but because he know our time was limited and this drive he has to make his customers truly happy. Trust me when I say, my wife is a demanding and picking customer. I've been trying to please her for over 32 years and Shawn made it look easy that day. After making the purchase Shawn's level of customer support did not drop. Shawn always answers his cell phone and multiple minor issues, days later, were just as important to him as closing the deal on that Sunday evening. In our recent experiences it's unique to find a sales person with this much integrity, common sense and with this consistent level of customer service. Not withstanding all areas of the Sun Toyota dealership is a cut above. This includes Sales, Financial Services and the Service Team. Finally, we made a friend for life with Shawn and certainly will be going back to him for our next car purchase. Now we're in the market for all new kitchen appliances and can only dream that Shawn gets a side job at Famous Tate or Sun Toyota starts carrying refrigerator, stoves, dishwasher and microwaves.... Lol. More

Barry was wonderful. I was just shopping as I had not purchased a vehicle in about twenty years.
