Feel like I was lied too… my drivers side seat belt rattles and vibrates during and after operation… it’s super annoying driving with it after a while…Purchased the vehicle brand new in 2024 with 11 mi rattles and vibrates during and after operation… it’s super annoying driving with it after a while…Purchased the vehicle brand new in 2024 with 11 miles on the dash. The issue didn’t start until a week ago. I was told that it’s normal and the device isn’t defective bc that how GM makes them… also said that three other new vehicles were tested and they all displayed the same issue… after my own research I was informed that the seat belt retractor was either damaged, loose, or malfunctioning and needed to be replaced…I requested it to be replaced but was told I would have to pay out of pocket because they didn’t think it was defective even when the entire vehicle is still under warranty less than a year after purchase. I brought up the point that if this is a GM standard then why is only one seat belt displaying this issue and not both…meaning why don’t the passenger side seat belt display the same rattling… I was given no reason… I will schedule a follow up with another GM dealership to see if the issue can be addressed. More

Everyone was very helpful, polite, and eager but not pushy, I came in 1 hour before closing and rolled out with a vehicle without anyone trying to rush me. This dealership sold me a car with a busted head gasket. Check engine light came on within 48 hours of purchasing the vehicle. After fighting with the dealership about getting the car fixed and loaner cars they still expected me to pay for this fix and almost refused fi give me a loaner. The staff treated me so badly I am shocked these people still have jobs. Im a single mom, this is second car ive ever purchased and I felt I had purchased a vehicle from a reliable place. I was wrong! I have lost 5k paying for repairs and rental cars when have a warranty!!!The only thing I have asked this dealership was to help me a treat me with respect and help me navigate my problems. I got NONE of that. DO NOT buy a car from these people. They have cost thousands on tip of mental distress, (side note the sales manager John was actually really nice to me and talked to me with respect, but everyone else there was awful thanks John) More
