Excuse me?? I didn’t need one before you pulled my dash completely out and reinstalled it, but now you can fix this problem for me too?? For how much money and what will coincidentally not work after my compressor is “fixed”?? More

I purchased a used F-150. The day I bought the truck the rear brakes were bad and had a bad vibration. I was told to have the vehicle looked at and let them know what’s wrong with it. I found it needed $700 rear brakes were bad and had a bad vibration. I was told to have the vehicle looked at and let them know what’s wrong with it. I found it needed $700 in brake work, and also needed tire, and still has a vibration problem. So I spent $1800 on a truck that left with those problems. I was told I was going to be reimbursed $320 of that amount of money for a truck that left the dealership with these problems. I have called multiple times and was told the general sales manager would call me back and I have not received any calls. I understand that buying a used truck there is a risk but this truck left the dealership with problems and It was not handled correctly at all. It is now 2 months later and I still haven’t received the small amount of money they said they would reimburse me. If your buying a vehicle from them do your own inspection because they will not stand behind the product they sold. More
