The intake young lady (Sorry but I forgot her name) was very helpful. She laid out on a large screen the service that was to be perform. The tech, NT, checked the wipers, and something new, showed a video of checking the wipers. The wipers were still serviceable. He also showed the engine compartment indicating the service done.
