Brett Houston was great to work with. My wife and I went in to test drive a vehicle she thought she might like late fall early winter. We made it clear we were not ready to purchase that day. He still too in to test drive a vehicle she thought she might like late fall early winter. We made it clear we were not ready to purchase that day. He still took the time to allow us to test drive, showing us all the features of the vehicle. When we got back there was no pressure to "buy today". He did ask if he could stay in touch with us and we agreed. He kept us informed of the vehicles they had in stock that might be of interest, but again with no pressure. When we were finally ready to make the purchase, Brett did everything he could to make it a good buying experience. He was patient with me as I asked lots of questions. Oddly enough he kind of "closed the deal" over text as well. We went in late in the work day and finished up paperwork. I would like to apologize to his wife, whom he spoke fondly of, for keeping him after normal work hours doing all the paperwork. I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle that you give Brett a chance I am confident that you will not be disappointed. I would be wrong not to mention Joey Baumann in the finance department. His great personality made the process of giving away money enjoyable. More
