Bryon Voyles was a pleasure to work with. Bobby S. in the finance department was also quick and easy to work with. The only issue I had was with whoever makes the decisions on trade in value. I was on the new car lot looking for the new Genesis G80 2021 when I met Luke. He told me that 2 new Genesis G80 where arriving within a couple of days and that he would call me when they arrived. He called 2021 when I met Luke. He told me that 2 new Genesis G80 where arriving within a couple of days and that he would call me when they arrived. He called me when they came in but I was unable to look at them for a few days because of my schedule. Luke did not keep calling and pressuring me but I finally got time to look at the new 2021 Genesis G80 and I liked the black exterior color but did not want the black interior. I bought a 2009 Genesis black exterior and black interior first year the Genesis brand came out and wanted a different color interior after 12 years of driving black on black. Luke worked with me on getting a different color interior so that I could get the car I wanted. We went for a test drive and Luke was very helpful in showing me all the new technology. Very professional and I could tell he takes his job and customers seriously. More
