Nick Sandweg is SUPERIOR! He delivered an excellent service and follow through was the best from beginning to end. I was sceptical to have my vehicle serviced by the Hyundai South County team due to pa service and follow through was the best from beginning to end. I’ve had two encounters with Bob and both have been awesome. His breadth and depth of knowledge about what is good for my car, what it needs, and what is the best solution is unparalleled. He has taken awesome. His breadth and depth of knowledge about what is good for my car, what it needs, and what is the best solution is unparalleled. He has taken very good care of me, and I have had my trust rewarded in spades. The first time, our engine blew up. He knew exactly what had happened, explained to me the history of the issue, and made sure that the right steps were taken that were appropriate for the car warranty etc. The second time, he went to bat with the insurance company to make sure that there was enough authorization to fully fix our car after damage caused to it.
