Don't bother to add any text to your request to your appointment, I did not get the impression that they had been reviewed prior to my visit. Some just offer the ability to request a time to be confirmed at a later date. For this visit John was my service advisor and I don't think I heard from him until the car was finished. Someone else checked us in. Since the car is relatively new, we only needed to scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspection. Be prepared to get with 3 requests to review the dealer after you are finished or ignore them. More
