I went in with a car in mind and I got a great deal done! I enjoyed working with Brett who was very approachable and helped me get acquainted with the vehicle I chose (Ioniq). He was also great in h done! I enjoyed working with Brett who was very approachable and helped me get acquainted with the vehicle I chose (Ioniq). He was also great in helping me test drive a couple cars. The level of customer service was so good that I felt encouraged to do business with this dealership. I give him a lot of credit for making my dealership experience very positive. I also appreciated working with William on getting the purchase figured out and getting a deal settled. He walked me through all my questions and gave clear responses to all items involved in the purchase. He seemed very well practiced in his salesmanship and at times I had to slow down to not feel like I was being lured in too quickly. I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions and work towards to finding a better deal than initially put on the table. I worked with Bobby in getting the paperwork settled and he made what would be a confusing process actually pretty easy. Overall the experience of getting a car here was terrific and I'm so far enjoying my new purchase a lot! More

David Tranchilla was able to make the deal that two (2) other Hyundai dealerships made with me online, then reneged on when I arrived to close the deal. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle, and able to expla other Hyundai dealerships made with me online, then reneged on when I arrived to close the deal. Brad was super helpful (and friendly) with answering all the questions I had about the dealership as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Although he didn't know all the questions about the vehicle the questions I had about the dealership as this was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Although he didn't know all the questions about the vehicle (to be fair, it just came in too), he tried his best to find out the answers. Since I didn't have much of a credit history, it was difficult to get a loan and things took longer. However, Bobby worked around the clock to try and secure a loan and I'm grateful for them both for helping with my purchase. More
