Billy was great! He was up front and truthful about everything. We bought a used van that was being transferred in from another state. It was late getting there through no fault of Suntrup. Best Car Buying Experience I have had. Best car buying experience I have had. Bought a 2020 Sante Fe SE, taking advantage of Hyundai's 0% APR and deferred payments. Brad Slinkard was great Best car buying experience I have had. Bought a 2020 Sante Fe SE, taking advantage of Hyundai's 0% APR and deferred payments. Brad Slinkard was great at helping us find what we need, in a very helpful low pressure way. Super friendly guy. Was able to get clear breakdown of how my final financed price was calculated from the sticker price after incentives and fees. Other dealers have some nice salespeople but when it comes to money you talk to some stone faced finance guy, but Fred in Finance was also very friendly to work with. Only time I have left a dealer without a slimy feeling that I had been swindled by just walking in. If you're in the market for a Hyundai in the general St Louis area I would check out Suntrup first, and if Brad is available to help you, even better. More

Not sure how your marketing team found me but they should be commended. I had been searching the internet for just the right deal on a used Hyundai from a Hyundai dealer to take advantage of the certified de be commended. I had been searching the internet for just the right deal on a used Hyundai from a Hyundai dealer to take advantage of the certified deal. I had found a used 2019 Sonata with 3500 miles in Peoria Illinois and had been negotiating with them. Then out of the blue you guys showed up on the internet with the same car only new. Sent an email to you that evening. Early the next morning your overnight crew contacted and soon after Jake was texting then Caleb. The deal was negotiated and my wife and I were on our way down the next day. Caleb came in on his day off to help us out and provided excellent customer service. Joe was helpful in finance. We were going to go through our bank but he convinced us to use Hyundai. Our search lasted for weeks. We went to several Hyundai dealers and saw and talked to a wide spectrum of sales staff.
