We were ready to turn in our leased car, and my husband couldn't drive due to his back. We were not getting another vehicle, so we needed two drivers. I called and talked to Doug Wolford about options for returning the lease. We live about 1 1/2 hours away, so getting the car back to St. Louis without a second driver was a problem. Doug said that he would talk to Jake, the sales manager. When he got back to me, he said that they could come pick up the vehicle at our house. They did not charge us for this service, even though we were not getting another lease. We are so grateful that they did this, as it greatly helped us out! More
