Amazing Experience with Steve Harper So our experience didn’t start out with the happy ending of a shiny new car, in fact we left the dealership without a car the first time. Even leaving without a car, Steve Harper was getting a 5 star review. He was very accommodating, he listened to our wants and needs and he never pushed once! He tried his hardest to get us the car we wanted but they just didn’t have it in stock. Fast forward a few hours to a phone call from Steve and him telling us that he went out found the exact car we wanted for the exact payment we told him! Some may say he just wanted a sale, but this wasn’t almost what we asked for, this wasn’t just our must haves, this was the wish list and then some and STILL in budget! I don’t call that looking for a sale, I call that working for his clients to make them happy, and happy we are! I can’t recommend him enough and when it’s time for another vehicle, he’ll be our first stop! More

Friendly and accommodating to buyers needs. I came in to do a trade-in with my 2011 Nissan Rouge. Both him and Chelsea were patiently kind and attentive to my budget and worked hard to make sure I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. Even though I left after the dealership closed, Joey made the financial process fast and fun. He kept the atmosphere pleasant and energetic. Suntrup has an amazing staff, it was great to see the dealers pull together and help each other obtain their monthly goals.
