Service that goes above and beyond I'm a Wisconsinite and was recently visiting family in St. Louis. The first thing I did upon arriving in the city was take my 2019 Hyundai to a drive I'm a Wisconsinite and was recently visiting family in St. Louis. The first thing I did upon arriving in the city was take my 2019 Hyundai to a drive-through car wash (to remove all of that icky Wisconsin salt). Well, the mechanism on the car wash must've caught on the bracket that was holding the electrical wiring for my towing package because the clamp came loose. I immediately took it to Suntrup Hyundai where a new clamp was installed at no charge. I thanked Sean Massey, the service advisor, and then mentioned that the Wisconsin dealership where I had purchased the vehicle had not been able to assist me with getting the voice command feature to work and had determined - after a couple hours in the service department - that even though I had the Android Auto app on my Motorola smartphone, it wouldn't connect to the car due to limitations on my phone. I was wondering if Sean had also run into that problem with certain phones. He was unaware of the problem but introduced me to Jon Feraro, explaining that Jon was a tech whiz who would likely be able to help. Not only was Jon able to get the Android Auto app to work with my vehicle, he also took the time to make sure that I understood how to use it to its full advantage. Especially considering that I'm from out of town, and was at the dealership for a totally different issue, this level of service totally went above and beyond what I would ever have expected.
