Tim Ashley is a xxxx good dude I went in for routine maintenance. I was browsing the lot and Tim was actually the first guy to approach me. Hes a pretty stand up guy and easy to tal I went in for routine maintenance. I was browsing the lot and Tim was actually the first guy to approach me. Hes a pretty stand up guy and easy to talk with. I felt like he was hassle free and really wanted to get me what i want. His compassion in the field really stands out. I thank him for making me feel like he was on my level and no xx to be honest. Since im being honest Tony is great too. I did not get the exact car i wanted but that is not bad so hear me out. They helped guide me and broke down the costs and instead of walking out with a 2016 i walked out with a 2018. Tony Schumann really helped and i appreciate it very much as well. Stay clear. Ever since I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe at this location I continually refereed sales and service to Suntrup Hyundai in south county. I know I always Ever since I purchased my 2014 Santa Fe at this location I continually refereed sales and service to Suntrup Hyundai in south county. I know I always paid a little more for oil changes and some basic maintenance but I always felt good about the people I was dealing with and they always had a smile on their face. I trusted what they recommended and was very happy. I later realized that I put way too much trust in these folks over at Suntrup, especially those in their service department. When it came to needing service they were quick to blame and not honor their 100,000 mile warranty they pride themselves on. All I can say is be careful and mindful of what they tell you. I recommend getting a second opinion before you purchase or service anything at Suntrup. I was once fooled in believing that I could not find a better place to deal with. I will personally be calling all of my friends and family that I recommended Suntrup Hyundai to and personally apologizing. More

Amazing service!! This was my first time buying a new car so I was slightly out of my element and a little nervous. Luckily, I happened upon the perfect dealership to m This was my first time buying a new car so I was slightly out of my element and a little nervous. Luckily, I happened upon the perfect dealership to meet my needs and also treat me as one of their own. Right off the bat I felt very comfortable with Steve and he was very straightforward with me. I was also on a time crunch and had less than 24 hours to test drive and purchase a new vehicle. After talking with Steve for a couple days and receiving several emails with pictures and stats on cars I was ready to come in and start the process. Steve was with other clients when I arrived so he paired me with Frank R. who was a perfect match for me and also very helpful and honest. I’ve been warned about car salesmen as I am sure we all have but these two gentlemen put that stereotype to the test and passed with flying colors. If I am ever in the market for a car again I will for sure be going to Suntrup Hyundai and working with Steve and Frank. Fred in finance was also great!!
