Condesending I felt the sales person treated me in a condesending manor. When it came down to the final price on the car he tought I would be impressed, but when I I felt the sales person treated me in a condesending manor. When it came down to the final price on the car he tought I would be impressed, but when I seemed dissatisfied he said, "What $5,000 off isn't enough?" in a very snide manor. I was shocked at that attitude and opted to say nothing, however when I reviewed the final paperwork at home the savings was not $5,000 but only $3,450. I debated about filling in this portion of the survey and really didn't want to create an issue when I would be bringing my car back in for service and might have to confront the saleman again. However it was impossible to submit the survey and leave this portion empty. More

Customer service is not of good quality I arrived at my appointment time and stood in front of a service advisor for five minutes before he recognized me and told me to wait a minute. Then g I arrived at my appointment time and stood in front of a service advisor for five minutes before he recognized me and told me to wait a minute. Then grabbed my keys, placed a paper mat in my car and gathered information from my car, then returned to the desk without saying a word. While recording my problems, he only recorded 2 of the 4 problems. After all was said and done they could not find the problem with my car. I'm now experiencing some of the same problems a few days later. Do I really need to go to another service center? More
Ready to throw in the towel I was mislead to believe everything was in order with the title and it would be a simple two weeks to wait on, no big deal. Then I find out after 3 weeks that this dealership is still waiting on a lien release. Then they suggest getting a plate to avoid any problems of getting pulled over. I go to get this plate and my car salesman gave me a hard time and acted like it was a big deal that I was coming in to get this. This is not the first time he disrespected me, he also disrespected me during the process of searching for a car and when I decided to walk out and not take it. My car salesman was extremely high pressure and called 9 times total the evening I walked out and even called after 9:00pm and then started the next day again at 7:45AM. Everyone didn't act as nice AFTER I purchased the car. I am extremely unsatisfied with this entire experience. This is my second time I've bought a car from Suntrup, and the other time was at the Kia dealership. They never informed me that the title was not clear and cut because they didn't have the lean release. I will never purchase a car from Suntrup again. I could just kick myself from purchasing from that aggressive car salesman. I'm sure it would be just as complicated to return the car and forget the whole thing. I feel like the only thing that everyone involved in this sale was just concerned about profit, not the customer. More
