Mr. Schumann introduced himself immediately, and when he learned that we were there to buy a new Veracruz that day, and that a test drive was not in order, as we had test driven one a few weeks prior, Mr. Schumann got right down to business with us. The price, payments, and financing were settled on within a few minutes, and the paperwork was signed with a firm handshake. We were then directed to the Business Manager, Texanne who was as swift and efficiant as she was personable and professional. She worked hard to get us a wonderful deal and secured our financing. We found her to be delightful. Our first car buying experience in ten years was pleasant and painless. Tony took us out to our beautiful new car, and explained all of its functions and features in detail, and stayed with us, assuring us that he believed in service after the sale, and he answered all of our questions in a knowledgable and pleasant manner. Then he told me about the Elantra Touring. They only had three on the lot. We took a test drive. I liked it immediately. The negotiation process on price and my trade was handled well. I pressed for a higher trade-in value and Martin gave acceptable reasons why it needed to be what it was. I did press for a dealer loyalty discount, since I had purchased and referred people who had purchased multiple Hyundais from Suntrup back to 2001. The Touring was not eligible for the discount, but Martin negotiated one for me with his manager. Lisa Sachs was also very professional and speedy in processing my sales paperwork. Martin has called me monthly to assess my continuing satisfaction with the Elantra and always asks, "Is there anything we can do for you at this point?" He also has reminded me thrugh E-mail of my 3-month checkup. A stand-by service visit managed by Gabe when my low tire pressure indicator light was on and I could not add air to one of the tires, took ten minutes. He saw to it that all tires were up to specs and sent me on my way. All in all, this experience--which is continuing--has been very satisfying, just what I expect from Suntrup. More

Also, I made it a point to choose Suntrup Hyundai as one of the places to visit this time around. Tony was very patient and receptive to all the times that I kept changing my mind on vehicles. Tony is easy to talk to and has a genuine personality. Lisa, in the financing dept was just as wonderful. She worked hard to get me a good rate since my credit was not the best as i was unemployed for 10 months last year. She also worked hard to get us a good extended warranty for the used vehicle. I went to look for a elantra because the it was in our price range. this dealer added all sorts of things we didn't need or want on all of the cars so there was no choice but to accept them. they even wen price range. this dealer added all sorts of things we didn't need or want on all of the cars so there was no choice but to accept them. they even went so as to charge for the inspection of the product after shipping. crazy! after all sorts of haggeling, they expected us to sign papers without even letting us know where the financing was coming from or the percetage rate. along with things to many to mention here, I have never had such a bad experiece. From the time that I first stepped on the lot, my new car purchasing experience was excellent. Joe did not "hustle" me into something that I did not want. When we returned, Joe worked with us on two different vehicles and worked with the finance people until we got whated. Lisa was excellent as we went through the paperwork and did not pressure us into the extended warrenty or gap insurance but just explained the advantages of having both. When I picked up my new vehicle, Tony was excellent about taking the time to show me the features of the car and answer my multitude of questions. He never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or inadequate. Both he and Joe walked me to the location of the service department so that I would know where to go and then set up my on-line account and scheduled my first oil change. I have had the opportunity to purchase vehicles over the years, but the quality of service at Suntrup was by far the best I have ever experienced and I would highly reccommend them! More

Liz prepared an online inventory of requested options and the process was convientent, efficient and painless. This is a pleasure when you don't want to or know how to haggle with salespeople. As with any significant purchases, you should be knowledgable, buyer/finance saavy and detail-oriented to all contractual clauses. I also found Edmunds.com helpful guiding me on a fair price to pay. At first I had the intention of going in to see if I can test drive the Hyundai Elantra Touring to see what the car was like. I had no intentions of buying something right away because of 1) my credit and test drive the Hyundai Elantra Touring to see what the car was like. Once I met Irfan outside on the lot, he took me inside and we did a credit app. I wasn't able to get the Elantra Touring, just the sedan. Seeing as how I'm not a fan of sedans, I instead elected to go with the Accent. I was skeptical that they could get me approved for the Accent SE that they had in stock, but by a stroke of genius (and luck) they got me approved and got my car payments lowered in the process! It was awe-struck that I actually landed a brand new car after I've been shopping around for at least two and a half months. Now I have a sweet Hyundai Accent SE that I love driving around...a lot more than my old Chrysler PT Cruiser (the car I traded in for the Accent). I think Irfan said it best...if Suntrup can't get you approved for a new (or used) vehicle, no one can! You can take that to the bank. This man made it happen, and I couldn't thank him enough.
