Need to be more transparent with your contract I was charged or at least you tried for an extended warranty that I didn't ask for nor was explained to me. Just slipped in there with financing. I was rather mislead I could have put the $3200 warranty cost into the cost of the truck I wanted. You finance manager rather mislead me by not telling me about warranty. I could have purchased the truck I wanted but she told me it was above my limit. It wouldn't have been if I knew about the warranty cost beforehand. Not a happy customer. Would never purchase form you or recommend you to anyone. But I will be very vocal about my bad experience. Don't apologize it's a bit late. Your finance manager needs to go or be retrained More
