Today I traded my 2002 Honda CRV and purchased a 2024 Honda CRV and never in my life dreamed I'd be driving a brand new vehicle as I have always driven used cars. It was a positive as I did have negative experiences in the past and it really turned my perceptions around, and for the better I might add. I have some time constraints until the end of the year and was able to get my specially ordered vehicle today and had a "hard stop" in an hour and a half, and it all worked out! It was also very, very good to see the lot full of cars and people IN and AROUND the dealership itself as the recent pandemic was difficult for everyone with supply chains and the shortage of vehicles at the time. The car buying process with Superior was honestly. ..superior. I had come from a very negative experience with another dealership just South of Omaha. But from the test drive of the HR-V, through the In-Transit process, and the final purchasing/ trade in process it was the total opposite thanks to Zach! Zach was very transparent and clear about the HR-V and its in-transit process from the beginning. I never felt pressured to buy the car. He was very laid back and easy going which was so refreshing! Once my car arrived I was able to do paperwork before even coming to Superior. The day of purchasing was so smooth and stressless. I was given a very fair price for my trade in. Ashley in the Finance Office genuinely offered me add ons that would fit my car and my driving. But I never felt obligated or pressured to purchase them.
