I was disappointed in Superior Honda. Since 2012 I have purchased my last five vehicles over the internet and then traveled to pick them up. My experience with this service department since purchasing my Ridgeline 3 years ago has been a fiasco. I finally filed 3 complaints based upon my last visit. The "Client Care Center Manager" part purchasing my Ridgeline 3 years ago has been a fiasco. I finally filed 3 complaints based upon my last visit. The "Client Care Center Manager" partially addressed 1 of my complaints, calling my issue a mere "inconvenience" It may well have resulted in the breaking of my Service Contract, due to their poor record keeping. She has since refused to respond to my follow-up questions to address these issues. More
