Great guy we dealt with, Chuck. Cool dude and baseball fan. Chuck was cool. Had another appointment in front of us but let us know this before we came out. Had looked at a vehicle before at the lot and remembered Chuck from then as he was also the representative that day. Didn't end up buying that day but it was because the vehicle didn't fit us. Chuck was cool took it in stride and we remembered that when we went to buy this car. Chuck earned our business because he was low pressure and had the gift of gab. Unexceptionally great. As always, my experience at Superior Honda was terrific. As soon as I arrived I was directed to Aric and from there it was a pleasant and satisfying As always, my experience at Superior Honda was terrific. As soon as I arrived I was directed to Aric and from there it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. I was turning in my expiring lease vehicle and getting a new one. Aric gave me options to work with for new cars which made it easy for me to go with the Honda Civic Sport. He pointed out the good points and how this new model compared to my old model Honda Civic EX. Within an hour or so, I had picked out my new car. The paper work is always time consuming but a necessary process. All went off without a problem and I was on my way by early afternoon. Right now, I have no regrets or problems. There are always minor glitches to overcome but everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned to get me what I wanted. I have no complaints at this time and look forward to my future driving experience with my new vehicle til its time to do it over again at Superior Honda of Omaha. More
