We have owned Fords the past 40 years, so going with a Honda was really stepping of our comfort zone. Steve was very knowledgeable, thorough and patient. We had a lot of questions about Honda. And he spent several hours with us over the course of a week or so to build our confidence in this new adventure. Again, he was very patient with our many questions. Mary in finance was also very helpful and knowledgeable in the final stages of the buying process. Easy Peezy I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. I have only had one other experience prior to this one, that was as pleasant and that was at Superior Honda i I have bought a few cars in my lifetime. I have only had one other experience prior to this one, that was as pleasant and that was at Superior Honda in Council Bluffs in 1988. During this process. I had originally asked for a female salesperson. My only disappointment was that there was not a woman to help me through the purchase. A woman who is buying a car by herself finds it easier to relate and to understand things from a woman. I can not explain it any other way. There is something about the woman-to-woman communication that is unique. That being said, Chuck Elford was very accommodating and extremely nice to work with. He went over everything thoroughly and the progress of the sale was not rushed even though it was the end of the day. I also appreciated Charles in finance for not making me feel pressured or pushed to purchase the extended warranty and windshield coating. I was pleased with the price I received and pleased with the whole experience. Even your dealership is lovely and I will look forward to oil changes and other times I may need to visit.
