I feel Sutton caused trans fluid leak and should take responsibility for the service to fix. When I got ‘The Works’, my trans Fluid had been topped off, my car was not leaking prior to service and nothi responsibility for the service to fix. When I got ‘The Works’, my trans Fluid had been topped off, my car was not leaking prior to service and nothing was detected by tech upon examination. I brought car in two days later to question about leak. service writer said it was above the max mark which may have caused issues. This is an old car. Brought car back in to determine exact issue. I was told ‘oil change would not cause trans issue’. Yes that’s true, but I got ‘the works’ which involves trans fluid check. It was topped off without my permission. I was given $1k estimate to fix. Look at from my perspective: I’ve been a loyal customer since 2004. I did express that i’m planning to buy f150 once inventory is back. My car was fine until I brought it in for regular service and now it’s not. What would you think? I hope this $1k expense is worth the $45k F150 that I will not purchase from this dealership. More

Sales team was fair and the vehicle was well represented. I thought negotiations were fair to both sides. The initial offer for our trade was well under book value but after some talking we came to an agreea I thought negotiations were fair to both sides.
