They are not true full. A simple car wash you are lied to . II bought a brand new 2021 150 . I called Thursday before the 4th with a thumping sound while driving coming from the right rear passenger area. Melissa asked if I was okay getting the car back in 2-3 days? I agreed brought the car in , while driving coming from the right rear passenger area. Melissa asked if I was okay getting the car back in 2-3 days? I agreed brought the car in , left it and got a ride to work. By 3:30 pm Melissa called to say the bolt found in the tire had been removed. Tire had been repaired, did not need to be replaced and after applying rewards my cost was $23.70!!!! I was delighted to have my car repaired in record time before the holiday and at an incredible price!! Love Sutton Ford and their Service Department More

Sutton Ford is the worst dealership I’ve been too. They tried selling me a truck which had major issues. The manger was very rude and lied as well as the salesperson lied about the stuff. I eventually got tried selling me a truck which had major issues. The manger was very rude and lied as well as the salesperson lied about the stuff.
