It was the most horrible experience for the first time. I bought my car at sutton have faithfully drove many miles to service my car there but will never go there again. I cannot believe the outrageously vile and rude customer service i received. Never have i been treated that way. Good luck More

First honor somebody's appointment second don't make a person wait for 8hrs for a basic oil change and a tire patch. Third of all don't make a person wait for a lyft for 2hrs just to pick. I enjoyed my time at Sutton Ford as my daughter's car was being serviced. We were there for the 499.00 works fit her car and came to find out she needed rear brakes. Obviously more than we wanted to spend bu being serviced. We were there for the 499.00 works fit her car and came to find out she needed rear brakes. Purchased tires and had a blow out in less than a week. Went to Midas to have tire repared and they said I would have to go back to Ford because it was irreparable. When I got to Ford they wanted to charge me for another tire. I then found out I was misquoted the price of installation with the guarantee. I still feel that guarantee or not a new tire should last more than a week. I purchased the rire qith the expectation that a manager would be calling me back to discuss reimbursement. This has yet to happen. No manager available on a Saturday and no manager follow through for a once loyal customer that will only be going back for oil changes due to the principle of the matter. This company has lost a customer whobpurchased cars from them and only had them serviced by them over $200. I only rate Jillian a 5 because she is the only one that has consistently provided me great service from start to finish. More
