Your prices being extremely competitive does not allow you to falsely advertise the price of your cars. You cannot change the price when I come in there to purchase your car. Those accessories were NOT listed on your website for that vehicle or any of the vehicles that I looked at. All of these cars had extra charges for paint and window protection. Nothing on your website or any of the other websites you advertise on have these bullshit accessories. Nobody wants your paint and window protection. These were only mentioned by the salesperson after I said I wanted to purchase the car never before on the website or prior to discussing the price. You should be shut down for the stealing you are doing.

You need to stop this all together, not just with me, not just with this vehicle. There is no transparency whatsoever about how you are scamming people. You cannot advertise a car on your website for $16,000 and then say there is approximately $1,400 worth of paint protection, window protection and window etching on the car that must be added to the price of the car. The price of the car that was advertised is the price of the car. What about that do you not understand? What about false advertising do you not understand?
