The price advertised was $3,500 less than the actual selling price of the vehicle. They charged the customer for etching the VIN in the window because it lowers their insurance for having the car on the lot. They added a certification to the car too. The price was misleading and they did not want to lower the cost of the already incurred expenses. The actual price of the car was over market value while they advertised it at below market value. The service was completed in a very timely manner and the staff were friendly. Greeted kindly by sales people at front. Stephanie in the service dept took care of my needs. In this day and age, we all need a little connection and kindness. My only problem, was after paying my bill, I wasn’t shown where my vehicle was. I asked at cashiers cage, and was told it’d be on the first or second row. In a lot full of cars, and not familiar with the setup, I wondered around until locating it. More
Please be informed that this rating is solely based on my conversations with Service Managers of the dealership and the dealership as a whole. When it came down to the actual service being completed and conversations with Service Managers, I am extremely concern about their acknowledgment and overall thought of what would have happened had I not been consist in bringing my vehicle back when I continued to have the same issues with my vehicle; even after being serviced and corrected several times. I count on the specialist at the dealerships to assess the issue and fix it. And when the overall issue would have caused a serious accident for myself and my toddler had it not been fixed, I’m highly concern. As a long time customer of Lincoln vehicles and dealerships, it’s concerning that the overall safety wasn’t considered in this situation. Yes, the cost of labor was compensated for the misdiagnosis/inconvenience, but I believe that paying for anything in addition should not have been asked. Especially had the original reason for me coming into service for the past month (4 times) was never fixed. The managers attempt to give reasons as to how this issue could have been overlooked; but all I can think about is that as a parent, I have a toddler riding with me, and we could have been badly hurt. I’m thankful that I was persistent enough to keep coming back for them to check on it. But if I would have taken their word that they fixed the original issue, and disregarded the continued problem I was having with my vehicle, I couldn’t image what kind of damage would have occurred. Overall, the conversations I have had with the Service Managers of this location, confirmed that customer service and overall customer safety is not a priority! And I cannot continue to have my car serviced or even purchase my next vehicle from this dealership. I’m a parent above all else, and my child and my safety are extremely important to me! More
Tiffany was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was able to test drive the cars I was interested in.
