Poor communication. Took car in the morning for oil change and two leaking tires at 8:30 am. Was told there were three jobs ahead of mine. So I left the vehicle there an Took car in the morning for oil change and two leaking tires at 8:30 am. Was told there were three jobs ahead of mine. So I left the vehicle there and got a ride home. Did not hear anything from them at all throughout the day. So I kept trying to get ahold of someone on the phone a few times with no luck. I finally got ahold of the cashier and she said they did not have the paperwork so it must still be getting worked on and try calling back after 8am when they open.so I was left with no car for Friday and Friday night. Had I gotten a call saying they were still working on it until tomorrow I could have at least arrange Ed other transportation. More
