I came in for am oil change and experienced a strong smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he wa smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he was leaving for the day but he stopped and accommodated me by putting the car on the rack and giving me a new filter. I appreciate all of the people involved with accomodateing me. I can't remember their names but I thank them. More

I get my Lincoln serviced at Sutton Ford and they do an excellent job. My car drives well and it stills feel brand new.
