Due to my time of entry, I was not given a tire rotation but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change. Although service had most recently occurred on the vehicle in Oct., 2019 (at but offered (@ fee of $9, each) 16 replacement lugs during oil change. Although service had most recently occurred on the vehicle in Oct., 2019 (at Sutton), the information told to me was that "all 16 lug nuts were swollen, and if removed and broken, they'd have to be replaced and [funded] by me." Sutton Ford is the "No Stress Express". When I go, I feel like I am at home in their waiting room. Jillian, Paul, Jaime, and Dave are the best service/journeyman reps.
