Dissapointing I took my car in not knowing if the car will be able to be fixed under my extended warranty, when I found out it wasn't still had to pay $155.00 for t I took my car in not knowing if the car will be able to be fixed under my extended warranty, when I found out it wasn't still had to pay $155.00 for the diagnostic. The service department is a RIP OFF. Erick Buikema to me was not friendly tried to send me to another department when I was suppose to have an appointment with him, then another employee explained to me what was going on with my car which I appreciated and the other employee explained to me how my appointment was not even in the schedule which I appreciated as well. I will NEVER work with Erick Buikema again and hopefully my car will not have any more problems or I will be charged regardless even tho I PAY EVERY MONTH FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY!! More

The Auto Butler Program is great and I always good service. The auto butler program is nice because it's good to have the car back every six months to have it completely cleaned and have the protective coated r The auto butler program is nice because it's good to have the car back every six months to have it completely cleaned and have the protective coated reapplied to the exterior paint. The inside of the car gets vacuumed, shampooed, and other areas are wiped down. Everything always looks good. More

Friendly staff, horrible service The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have to return for them to correct a problem they created. Recently I had a recall on my door panel. I let them fix it. Because it took so long, I was rushing out the facility to pick my children up. When I got home I noticed that I could see staples coming out the panel through my window. Now I have to return for them to fix it! It's so frustrating and time consuming to have to keep coming back. More
