Very disappointed, I had an oil change 3 weeks ago. Driving on the highway heard a scratching sound. When I was able to pull off I saw a part hanging down. The mechanic didn’t put the engine skid plate back on properly. I went back to the dealership told them what happened. They only wanted to cover labor the part is over $200. Why should I have to pay for someone else’s mistake??? More
