I arrived at Sutton ford at 8:15 for an oil change and was told it would be 2 hours and I returned to the the ford dealer 4 hours later and they were just taking my car in. Brought my car In to be cleaned because of previous concern. I get it back and 21 miles were put on my car had the radio looked at because of previous concern getting it back and had to pay a deductibl concern. The dealership is fine but it’s almost impossible to get in for service because the hours are very inconvenient for people getting off of a 9 to 5 job.
