Hello All and beware, First and foremost, I go into the dealership to purchase a vehicle and everyone is standing around and talking and on their cell phones. Secondly, when i walked in i was supposed the dealership to purchase a vehicle and everyone is standing around and talking and on their cell phones. Secondly, when i walked in i was supposed to meet with a specific salesman since we spoke and they stated they will be there, hence why i went. Upon arriving, that person was not there and told someone else to help me who did not want to be there in the 1st place. This salesperson was extremely rude, unprofessional and had several racist remarks. Also, while they ran my credit and we were discussing the info about the vehicle the manager comes and takes the keys of the vehicle that i ALREADY STARTED PAPERWORK on and said you didn't buy it I'm showing it to my customers. Long story short, i ended up purchasing this vehicle because at the time my back was against the wall and i ran out of time. These people didn't want to even put $1 worth of gas in it let alone come off a dollar off the price after everything they put me thru. If i EVER have to purchase another vehicle EVER, it will be cash and on the street regardless of price. THEE WORST DEALERSHIP AND SALES STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Also, let me just say this was 17th car purchase in my lifetime and again thee WORST. I was better off going to the dealers on western at least we both know they would have been ring to cheat me but it would expected unlike SUTTON FORD WHICH IS WORSE. I went for a specific reason, I informed the staff and expected the mechanic to be on the same page. He was not. Instead it took him 5 hours to confirm what I already had said was the issue. If mechanics expected the mechanic to be on the same page. He was not. Instead it took him 5 hours to confirm what I already had said was the issue. If mechanics will not listen to the customer then what is the point of going? He kept my vehicle an extra day due to his failure to listen and pre order the part. Which caused me to miss work for a day. Kind of inconsiderate. More
