I’ve used Ur services for over 15 years I’ve never left a rating such as this one. The new set person was; Extremely unprofessional; NEVER LISTENS!! She KNOWS All ANSWER BF U CAN SPEAK QUESTION! ALL IN U rating such as this one. The new set person was; Extremely unprofessional; NEVER LISTENS!! She KNOWS All ANSWER BF U CAN SPEAK QUESTION! ALL IN UR FACE, SHE DEMANDS ADULTS! RUDE, COMBATIVE, UNKNOWABLE OF PROCEDURES, REWARDS, COURTESIES IVE PATRONIZED & KNOMN OF SUTTON FORD FOR OVER 15 years, as FAIR & with an aim to please. Now I’ve witnessed unpleasing treatment of other's as I visit. THIS TIME IT WAS OVER THE TOP! I experienced first hand for MYSELF w that same new person on Sat. The one wiper I asked them to check I thought was fixed bc I recd No feedback still doesn’t not work today w rain in the forecast.
