Jill's customer care is outstanding. I walked in to dealership because my low tire pressure light kept coming on. I had a 1 hour window to have the service department look at my tires. I came in for am oil change and experienced a strong smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he wa smell of oil several days after i got home. I took the explorer back and the service manager at the desk notified the other setbice manager and he was leaving for the day but he stopped and accommodated me by putting the car on the rack and giving me a new filter. I appreciate all of the people involved with accomodateing me. I can't remember their names but I thank them. More
