Brought vehicle in under warranty for oil leak Service dept was very prompt in repairing my vehicle. This is the 3rd time my vehicle has been in for warranty repairs since 6/2019..Only issue I had Service dept was very prompt in repairing my vehicle. This is the 3rd time my vehicle has been in for warranty repairs since 6/2019..Only issue I had was with courtesy shuttle to pick me up to get my repaired vehicle. Was not told it was first come first serve in the morning.until that morning. I could not wait until shuttle was done with other runs, I needed to get to work. Sutton Ford price gouging I was over charged first of all I took my mks Lincoln to be wash and abt two streets over I arrived home my husband said water was running from under I was over charged first of all I took my mks Lincoln to be wash and abt two streets over I arrived home my husband said water was running from under found out my water pump was leaking, parts was $500 and labor $2100 and charged me for a renter car and I have insurance coverage. I am going to get BBB and state attorney involved. More
